During the first half of 2016, a total of 2 174 335 passengers passed through Sofia Airport which was 260 980 more (+14%) compared to the same period last year. Terminal 1 was used by 41% of all passengers in the first six months of the year, and Terminal 2 – by 59%.
In June, 415 559 passengers used the Airport compared to 368 440 in the previous year.
