Revetas Capital buys Sofia Airport Center (SAC)
London-based real estate manager group Revetas Capital said on Monday it has bought the Sofia Airport Center (SAC) office building in Bulgaria’s capital city.
Revetas has acquired the building from its former owner US-based commercial real estate company Tishman International Companies, according to the Bulgarian Registry Agency.
The deal is among the largest on the market as the company’s assets amount to around 100 million levs ($56.5 million/51.3 million euro), including four buildings and 12.5 ha of land, local media Capital Daily reported.
In Bulgaria, Revetas Capital owns City Center Sofia shopping mall. The company is focused on value added and opportunistic investments in Central and Eastern Europe.
